The Regional Network South focuses on racism research in sociology, economics, and geography. Furthermore, the methodological focus here is on quantitative social research. The aim is to evaluate the limits of quantitative methods in racism research, the possibilities and limits of social data collection/analysis, new requirements in this regard, and the operationalization and measurability issues from a comparative perspective.
